Healthy Turmeric-Pumpkin Spice Latte

Turmeric-Pumpkin Spice Latte

with Organic Ground Cinnamon Ground Allspice

Westpoint Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Organic Turmeric Root
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Allspice
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cloves

Other Ingredients

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ⅓ cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp of Coconut Oil
  • Sweetener to taste

Method

1) Heat the Almond Milk along with the Organic Turmeric Root in a small saucepan until it starts to simmer and the milk turns into a golden yellow colour.
2) Blend the Organic Pumpkin Puree, Coconut Oil, the Spices, and your Sweetener of choice until you achieve a uniform consistency/texture.
3) Strain the warm Almond Milk to remove the left over Turmeric Root.
4) Incorporate the simmering Turmeric-Almond milk into the blender with the Pumpkin Puree mixture.
5) Blend at high speed to make it frothy.
6) Serve it warm and sprinkle your favorite spice on top!
