White Rice Vermicelli is a very thin form of rice noodles. They are commonly used in Asian cuisine, often as part of a soup, salad or stir-fry. They can be a great alternative to wheat flour based pastas for those on a gluten-free diet.

Directions
Add vermicelli to 4 L of boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve.

When stored in a dry environment below 15˚C, the product has a shelf life of approximately 10 months.
