Description
Organic wheat bran is the coarse outer covering of the organic wheat kernel, which is separated during the normal milling process. It has a reddish brown colour and a bland flavour.

Uses
Wheat bran is used in the traditional bran muffin recipe, but it also makes and excellent addition to any baking or even meat dishes such as hamburgers. It can also be added to cereal and smoothies for the extra boost in nutrition.

Product should be stored below 15°C and below 60% relative humidity. Recommended shelf life is 3 months.
