Description
Walnuts are the nuts from the Juglans Regia tree. They are also known as the Californian walnut, English walnut, Persian walnut, or Common walnut. Walnuts have a mildly flavoured nutmeat that contrasts with the slightly bitter skin. These pasteurized organic walnuts have been broken into pieces that are a convenient size to use in recipes.
Walnuts contain high amounts of Vitamin E and healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. These are both so important for immune health!
