Description
This product is obtained from milling the clean, wholesome buckwheat kernels and removing most of the bran. The flour is off-white in appearance, and has a minimal buckwheat odour and sweet flavour.

Uses
Light buckwheat flour can be used in place of dark buckwheat flour when a milder flavour is desired. Try adding it to breads, muffins, cakes, cookies, pancakes, waffles, and other baked goods. It can also be used to thicken soups, sauces, or gravies.

Storage
Product should be stored in a cool, clean area with a temperature not exceeding 20˚C or 60% humidity. Under these conditions, optimum shelf life is 6 months.
