Uses
Raw pecan halves are ideal for baking or home roasting, or they can be enjoyed raw as a snack. They are excellent sprinkled on salads, in stir-fry recipes, or other meat and vegetable dishes.

Storage
Pecans should be stored in a cool, dry location, away from odours, for an estimated shelf of 6 months. To extend shelf life recommended storage temperature is under 55°F.
