Uses
Sorghum flour has texture and taste that is very similar to wheat. Try this sweet flour in pancakes, cakes, scones, or fruited bread. Try combining sorghum flour with tapioca starch, cornstarch, and/or legume flours.

Product should be stored in a dry, clean area at temperatures not exceeding 20˚C and 60% relative humidity. Optimum shelf life is approximately 6 months under proper storage conditions.
